General Terms and Agreement
By purchasing a vendor table for Megafest Card Show, you agree to these terms:

All table sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds are at the sole discretion of Megafest organizers and only for an Act of God (natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, or similar uncontrollable events).

All table prices displayed are per table.

Table swapping, exchanges, or relocation is not permitted. A new table must be purchased for any different location.

A 10-table island/carousel limit applies. Purchases exceeding 10 tables require referral to our sponsorship package.

Tables are for product display and sales only. Keep tables and aisles clean at all times.

No damage, drilling, or alterations to tables or venue property.
-
Set up and teardown must occur within posted event hours.

Vendors are fully responsible for securing their own merchandise and property.
-
Violations of any policy may result in immediate removal without refund.
-
Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and event rules.
Tables Use Policy

Vendor tables are for product display and sales only.
-
Tables must remain in assigned locations; no moving or swapping.
-
Keep tables and surrounding aisles clean and clear at all times.
-
No damage, drilling, or alterations to tables or venue property.

All setup and teardown must occur within posted event hours.

Vendors are responsible for securing their own merchandise.

Violations may result in removal from the show without refund.
Display Cases Policy

Vendor Display Maintenance Responsibilities: Vendors are responsible for maintaining their display cases and stands in clean, pristine condition at all times. Please ensure they remain free of major scratches, dents, or rust to uphold the luxury environment of our event.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All vendor table purchases are final. Cancellations are not accepted. Refunds will be determined solely by the Megafest organizers if necessary. An Act of God—such as natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, or other uncontrollable events beyond reasonable control—may be subject to a refund at the organizers’ discretion. A minimum of two tables is required. Prices displayed are per table.
